Know what you share when you answer an event evaluation.

What the form records

Each event uses its own Google Form. The form records your first name and last name, verified Google email, participant category or department, ratings and any optional answers you provide.

Who can see your feedback

The Google account that owns the event forms can view the responses and the private linked response sheets. Responses are not published on this website or shared as a public results summary.

Your Google account

Sign-in happens in Google Forms. This website does not ask for your password or store your Google account information. Each Google account can submit one response to each event form.

Editing your response

You can use Google Forms to edit your existing response after submission. Keep the edit-response link Google provides for your own answers.

Confirmation and storage

Google Forms shows a confirmation after submission. No email copy is sent. The form owner manages stored responses and removes them manually; there is no automatic deletion schedule.
