How to answer
- Sign in to your Google account when the form opens.
- Enter your first name and last name, then select your participant category.
- Answer each rating. Choose N/A if you did not attend or the statement does not apply.
- Add any comments you would like to share, then submit.
Written comments and activity or topic selections are optional. One response is allowed per Google account for this event. You can edit your response after submitting.
Your name, verified Google email and answers are recorded for the event organizer. Read about your privacy.
